Multipack plastic cups in cardboard box-tray (Shelf Ready Packaging)

The line is designed for multipack plastic cups in cardboard box-tray (Shelf Ready Packaging). The line includes fully automatic tray former and tray packer with gripper system. Dimensions of tray is customized for each order.

Description of the equipment:

Tray former folds and forms a self-locking trays. Next, the tray moves along the conveyor. Gripper system pick up filling cups from the conveyor and puts the cups into the carton tray. Then the tray with product going from conveyer to palletizer.
