Semiautomatic local station is designed to clean pipes, small tanks and fillers in filling machine without disassembly

Semiautomatic local station is designed to clean pipes (up to 30 m), small tanks (up to 1-1.5 m2) and fillers in filling machine without disassembly. Equipment must to have ability to connect the CIP station. Station is customized as per order. This solution consist:
1. Water tank.
2. Alkaline solution tank
3. Acid solution tank
4. Flow distribution station.
5. Control cabinet.
Also it is possible to set disinfection solution tank
Filling of the tanks and preparation acidic and alkaline solution is carried out manually by the operator according to recommendation of factory production engineer. After the operator has prepared the CIP-station and pressed the start button, the station goes into wait mode to recall signal from the washing object. As soon as this signal comes, machine switch on feed pumps and flow draw-off. Intake and return of water and solutions carry out automatically by means automatic control of flow and shut-off valve and programmed by the operator according to recommendation of factory production engineer.
