Using a Depulper for all stone fruit is a stage prior to pulp pressing. It is the easiest way to separate the pulp from the stones of fruit such as peaches, plums, apricots, cherries…
Our Depulper solution use a paddles system that press the fruits against a perforated cylinder. The stones stay inside the cylinder, separating them from the raw juice and the pulp. Our equipment can by use alone or integrated to your production process.
